CHURCH MEMBERSHIP
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Harvest Baptist Church. Church membership is an important commitment that identifies a believer with a local body of Christ and provides an opportunity to worship, serve, and grow together. To learn more, please watch the short video below.
Ways to Become a Member:
1. By Profession of Faith and Baptism
Those who have trusted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior but have not yet followed Him in believer's baptism by immersion may unite with Harvest Baptist Church upon their profession of faith and subsequent baptism.
2. By Letter from a Church of Like Faith and Practice
Those who are members in good standing of another Bible-believing church of like faith
and practice may unite with Harvest Baptist Church by transfer of membership through a
letter from their previous church, when practical.
3. By Statement of Faith
Those who have previously trusted Christ as Savior and have been scripturally baptized
by immersion after salvation but are unable to obtain a letter from a church of like faith
and practice may unite with Harvest Baptist Church by their personal statement of faith
and Christian testimony.
